摘  要:为减小变截面细长轴类零件电解磨削中的弯曲变形,用可变载荷随动电极来支撑加工中的工件,并利用ANSYS软件对典型变截面细长轴顶头零件进行电解磨削加工的有限元仿真研究,对使用普通随动电极和可变载荷随动电极的工件变形规律和应力变化情况作了对比分析。其结果表明,可变载荷随动电极将工件最大弯曲变形从27.9μm降到9.8μm,最小弯曲变形从19.5μm降到6.7μm,极大地减少了工件加工中的变形量。通过加工实验验证结果表明,可变载荷随动电极能减少工件加工时的弯曲变形,有效提高工件的加工精度。In order to decrease bending deformation of slender shaft with variable cross -section in the process of electrolytic grind-ing, follow-up electrode of variable loads is used to support the workpiece , and software ANSYS is applied to analyze the typical low ri-gidity, slender shaft with variable cross-section in electrolytic grinding .The authors compare and analyze the deformation law and stress variations of the workpiece by using common follow-up electrode and follow-up electrode of variable loads .The follow-up electrode of variable loads diminishes the maximal bending deformation of the workpiece from 27.9 μm to 9.8 μm and the minimal one from 19.5μm to 6.7 μm, which greatly reduces the deformation of the workpiece .Finally, the machining experiment results indicate that follow-up electrode of variable loads can decrease bending deformation of the workpiece , and raise the machining accuracy of the workpiece as well.
