摘　　要：俄罗斯谢利格尔青年论坛的前身是2005年俄罗斯"纳什"青年组织创立的谢利格尔青年夏令营。随着论坛不断发展,2009年更名为全俄青年教育论坛。2010年,因增设"国际班"接待来自世界各地的优秀青年代表参会而成功转型为国际青年论坛。如今,谢利格尔青年论坛已经迈入第十个发展年头,该论坛从封闭到开放,再到国际化的发展过程,实际是形成培养各国青年国际视野及全球化责任的平台,使各国青年形成共同语言,达成发展共识,形成和平共存意识。Seliger youth forum is an educational forum that has been holding since 2005 at the Lake Seliger in the Russian Tver Region, which brings together young people to study and discuss issues in political science, economics, art, literature and culture. In 2009, the Forum was opened for the whole youth and was renamed the Russian Education Forum. The Forum provides supplementary education and they can get their own unique opportunities for the young people to receive funding and required information to implement their project. Due to the introduction of ＂international class＂, in 2010, Seliger youth forum successfully finished transition, and turned to be the International Youth Forum .
