摘  要:研究了900-1 200℃0-60 min微波加热和普通马弗炉加热两种方式,用固体脱碳剂碳酸钙(96.04%CaCO_3)对高碳铬铁粉(/%:55.79Cr,32.76Fe,8.16C,2.34Si)脱碳的影响。结果表明,试验条件下,微波加热高碳铬铁粉的固相脱碳效果较常规加热明显,而且常规加热时物料氧化程度严重,微波加热混合物料至1 100℃60 min,铬铁粉脱碳率为79.04%,获得较好脱碳效果的同时,避免了物料的过分氧化。The effect of both method- microwave heating and conventional muffle furnace heating at 900 ~ 1 200 ℃ for 0 -60 min on high-carbon ferrochrome powder (/% : 55.79Cr, 32. 76Fe, 8.16C, 2. 34Si) decarburizing by solid decar- burizer calcium carbonate (96.04% CaCO3 ) has been studied. Results show that in test conditions the effectiveness of solid phase decarburization of high-carbon ferrochrome powder with microwave heating is more obvious than that with conven- tional heating and the oxidization of materials is serious as heating by conventional method. With microwave heating mixture at 1 100 ℃ for 60 min the decarburization percentage of high-carbon ferrochrome powder is 79. 04% to get better decarburization effectiveness and avoid excessive oxidation of materials.
