摘　　要：空中交通管制班组成员间的协调与配合是保证空管安全运行的重要环节,利用交互认知模型(MBM)构建雷达管制行为中的班组协作模型,并在雷达管制模拟机上对模型进行验证,分析了雷达管制班组协作中交互认知模型、情景意识保持策略及人际沟通方法之间的关系,为进一步研究非常规情况下的班组协作模型,以及评估空管系统及管制班组工作绩效提供依据。The cooperation and coordination of air traffic controller teams are a vital part for ensuring the safe operation of air traffic control.Using mutual belief model （MBM）,the cooperation model of radar control is developed.The validity of the model is verified by radar control simulator.The MBM in the cooperation of radar controller teams and the relationships between the strategy of maintaining situation awareness and communication approaches are analyzed,which will promote the further research of team cooperation model in abnormal situations.Besides,the outcomes also provide evidence for the assessment of air traffic control system and the performance of controller teams.
