摘  要:自污水处理厂的回流污泥和垃圾处理厂的垃圾渗滤液中分离纯化出8株硫酸盐还原菌,从这8株菌中筛选出还原SO4^2-能力最强的高效功能菌株SRBWN3o经鉴定,该菌株形态呈杆状或弧状,革兰氏染色阴性、芽孢染色阴性,单极生鞭毛,初步认定为脱硫弧菌属。并进行了单因素实验,进一步探讨了SRBWN3脱硫特性及最适宜条件。结果表明,该菌株脱硫的最佳pH值为7、最佳C:S比为1.5,最佳Fe2|浓度为150mg/L;在优化条件下,脱硫率最高,反应7d时SO4^2-去除率达到84.3%。因此,从回流污泥中分离.筛选得到的SRBWN3。是高效脱硫功能菌株,其反应条件易于控制,可为实际应用提供参考。Of eight sulphate-reducing bacteria (SRB) strains isolated and purified from the sludge of a sewage treatment plant and the garbage leachate of a waste treatment plant, a highly effective SRBWN3 strain of reducing sulphates was screened out. The SRBWN3 strain was rod- or vibrioid-shaped, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, dyed by monopolar flagella, and was preliminarily identified to be desulfovibrio. A series of single-factor tests were carried out to further find out the desulphurisation characteristics of SRBwN3 and its most appropriate conditions. Results indicated that the preferable pH value was 7, ratio of C to S was 1.5, and Fe2+ content was 150 mg/L. Under such optimal conditions, the uppermost desulphurisation could be achieved to be 84.3% removal of sulphates after reacting for seven days. It concluded that the SRBWN3 was a highly effective strain isolated and screened from the sewage sludge and could be easily controlled as well as put to practical use.
