摘　　要：机械连接器在海底管道维修领域已广泛应用,由于受到国外公司的技术垄断与技术封锁,机械连接器都依赖进口。文章介绍了首套国产机械连接器在海底管道维修中的应用,包括:国产机械连接器的使用背景,安装前的准备工作以及安装程序。安装过程包含了辅助工具的准备、管道直度和椭圆度测量、就位、螺栓紧固、自密封试验、防腐处理以及保护。该机械连接器的成功应用打破了国外专业公司的技术垄断,填补了国内空白,为机械连接器的国产化奠定了基础,具有很好的推广价值。Mechanical end connector has been widely used in the field of subsea pipeline repair, due to the technological monopoly and technological blockade of foreign companies, mechanical end connectors rely on imports. This paper introduces the application of the first domestic mechanical end connector in subsea pipeline repair, including the application background, preparation work and installation procedure. The installation process includes preparing auxiliary tools, measuring pipe straightness and ellipticity, positioning, tightening bolts, testing self sealing, performing anticorrosion treatment and protection. Its successful application broke the technological monopoly of foreign professional companies, filled domestic blank, and paved the way for domestic mechanical end connector production, so it has excellent promotional value.
