摘　　要：通过分析铝合金的铬酸盐转化膜形成机理及膜层质量影响因素,介绍了铝合金Alodine1200S的处理流程。结合生产经验,阐述了铝合金Alodine1200S处理中常见缺陷的产生原因及相应对策,从而提高Alodine1200S转化膜的耐蚀性和外观质量。In this paper, through the analysis of aluminum alloy chromate conversion film forming mechanism and fac- tors affecting the quality of the film to introduce the treatment process of Alodinel200S for aluminum alloy. Combining with the author field production experience to elaborate the common defects causes of Alodinel200S treatment for aluminum alloy and the corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve the Alodinel200S conversion coating corrosion resistance and appearance quality.
