摘 要:针对基于微型光谱仪的多参数水质检测仪控制与信号处理的技术要求,在仪器控制与信号处理系统硬件设计的基础上,研究了基于嵌入式ARM的仪器控制与信号处理系统软件设计的原理与方法,进行了控制系统软件、信号处理系统软件及图形用户界面的设计,完成了系统联机调试实验。实验结果表明:控制与信号处理系统软件实现了对仪器硬件系统的精确控制,仪器检测水质参数的重复性好(相对标准偏差小于3%),准确度高(相对误差不大于±5%),满足在线水质检测的实际应用要求。According to requirements of the control and signal processing system of the multi-parameter water quality detecting instrument based on the micro spectrometer,and based on the hardware design of control and signal processing system for the instrument, the principles and methods of the software design of control and signal processing system for the instrument based on embedded ARM were studied. And the control module, the signal processing module and the graphical user interface of the software were designed, and the on-line debugging experiments of the system were conducted. The experiments results show that the software of control and signal processing system can control the hardware precisely. The instrument using this software has a good reproducibility ( relative standard deviation less than 3% ) and a high accuracy ( relative error less than ±5% ), and it can meet the requirements of the water quality detecting.
