摘  要:研制了一种基于STM32单片机的收发一体式超声波测距系统的设计方案,介绍了超声波发射电路、接收电路及放大滤波电路。与传统超声波测距系统相比,该系统充分利用STM32资源,在回波处理上直接利用STM32的ADC模块,避免外接复杂的比较处理电路,在温度补偿方面,直接利用STM32的内部温度传感器,避免外接温度传感器,从而简化了硬件电路。在实验室对系统进行了测试,列出了测试结果并分析了产生误差的原因。实验研究表明,该超声波测距系统测距精度满足工程上的要求。: An ultrasonic distance measurement system with transmitting-receipting sensor based on STM32 microprocessor was presented. The circuits structure of ultrasonic transmitting, ultrasonic receiving and amplified filter were proposed. Compared with the traditional ultrasonic distance measurement, the system made full use of the resource of STM32 microprocessor, directly used the ADC module and the internal temperature sensor of STM32 in echo signal processing and temperature compensation to avoid using complex circuit of comparator and temperature sensors, and thus simplified the circuit. This system was tested in laboratory, then the measure results were listed and the measuring errors were analyzed. The experiment shows that the precision of ultrasonic dis- tance measurement system satisfies the requirements in engineering.
