敦煌大泻肾汤对非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨敦煌古方大泻肾汤治疗非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法采用消痔灵注射法复制非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,将实验动物随机分组,分别以药物煎剂和蒸馏水进行干预。4周后,光镜下观察前列腺组织病理改变,以放射免疫法测定前列腺组织白细胞介素8的含量。结果病理观察显示,模型组动物前列腺组织形态及结构明显受损;模型组大鼠前列腺组织匀浆中细胞因子IL-8高表达(P<0.05)。药物干预后,古方全方和拆方各组动物前列腺腺体病理变化有不同程度减轻;前列腺组织细胞因子IL-8表达减轻(P<0.05),以古方全方组为最(P<0.05)。结论敦煌古方大泻肾汤有效地改善并调节慢性非菌性前列腺炎的免疫功能,调节局部细胞因子IL-8的表达,抑制和改善前列腺组织形态结构的损伤,减轻炎细胞浸润、抑制纤维组织增生。Objective To seek the mechanism of Dunhuang Daxieshen formula on treating chronic prostatitis. Methods The prostate of Wistar rats were injected Xiaozhiling and induced experimental chronic prostatitis animal models. The animals were randomly grouped to receive drugs and distilled water, respectively. After four weeks, the prostatic histopathological changes were observed using op- tical microscope. The contents of IL - 8 were measured in the prostate homogenate by double antibody radioimmunoassay. Results The prostate tissue~ morphology and structure were significantly impaired in model group. The cytokine IL - 8 were highly expressed （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with model group, the pathological changes reduced significantly in Daxieshen formula group. After the treatment, the expression of cytokine IL - 8 were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）, and the pathological manifestation of chronic inflammation was significantly improved. Conclusion The Dunhuang Daxieshen formula can regulate the expression of cytokines IL - 8, and improve the injury of the morphology and structure of the prostate tissue. It can adjust efficiently local immunologic function and promote the recovery of inflammation.
