血清总IgE在儿童呼吸系统疾病诊疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的初步探讨血清总IgE在儿童呼吸系统疾病诊疗中的应用价值。方法以30例正常儿童为对照,回顾性分析125例哮喘、支气管肺炎、毛细支气管炎、支气管炎4组呼吸系统疾病患儿血清的总IgE。结果哮喘与支气管肺炎组IgE水平均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);毛细支气管炎组和支气管炎组与正常对照比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);125例患儿血清总IgE阳性率为64.8%,其中哮喘组阳性率100%,其总IgE水平高于其他疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清总IgE检测可辅助诊断儿童呼吸系统疾病,疾病早期检测血清总IgE可有效减低哮喘的发生。Objective To investigate clinical application of serum total IgE in children with respiratory system disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on serum total IgE of 125 patients with respiratory system disease and 30 heathy chil- dren as controls in our hospital. Results There were 125 patients with 83 boys and 42 girls which ratio was 2.44：1. The first common symptom was cough, expectoration, gasp and fever, and rash appeared in 10 of them. Among them,73 patients were diagnosed broncho- pneumonia by clinical methods ,20 bronchial asthma, 16 bronchitis and 16 capillary. The positive rate of general serum total IgE in all pa- tients was 64.8%. Total IgE was increased in bronchopneumonia and bronchial asthma groups compared with healthy control, and there was statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Additionally, total IgE in bronchial asthma patients was higher than other diseases （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Serum total IgE has a high clinical value for detection of respiratory system disease in children. Detection of total IgE in se- rum in early stage of respiratory system disease can be as a sign for taking effective measures to reduce the rate of asthma occurring.
