中国全球基金项目结束前后TB/HIV双感病人发现状况分析

摘　　要：目的评价全球基金结核病控制项目结束后对河南省TB/HIV防治工作的影响情况。方法应用《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中《结核病管理信息系统》河南省报告的TB病人信息,收集分析全球基金结核病控制项目结束前后的TB/HIV病人数据进行x2分析。结果全球基金结核病控制项目结束前后的TB/HIV病人发现差异无统计学意义(x2=0.33,P>0.05);项目县与重点县TB/HIV病人发现差异无统计学意义(x2=2.37,P>0.05);非重点县较非项目县TB/HIV病人发现有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.12,P<0.05)。结论全球基金结核病控制项目结束后,河南省TB/HIV防治工作因推广全球基金结核病控制项目经验并未出现工作滑坡,并且非重点县TB/HIV防治工作得到促进和加强。Objeetive To evealuate the influence situation to Henan provience TB/HIV prevention and cure after Global Fund Item（GF） end.Methods TB/HIV data collected through China Information System for Disease Control TB Information System between 2012 and 2013,were analyzed with Chi-square test for finding the difference in finding rates between the GF counties and key counties.Results The finding rate of TB/HIV patients is on obvious difference in 2012 and 2013（x2=0.33,P〉0.05）.The finding rate of TB/HIV patients is on obvious difference between the GF counties and key counties（x2=2.37,P〉0.05）.The finding rate of TB/HIV patients is obvious difference between the no-GF counties and no-key counties（x2=4.12,P〈0.05）.Conclusions After GF item end,the work of The finding rate of TB/HIV patients is not decline for GF item have been generalized in Henan provience.and the work of The finding rate of TB/HIV patients have been strengthen in no-key counties.
