摘 要:以微米羰基铁粉和纳米氧化铈抛光粉为原料制备了磁流变抛光液,对磁流变抛光液的流变性能与其混合状态之间的响应关系与机理及其对使用性能的可能影响进行了研究。分析了相同组成和制备条件的磁流变抛光液在不同混合状态的流变行为及磁场作用的影响,基于相关模型进行拟合计算获得了相应的流变性能,分析了微观机理。研究表明,磁流变抛光液的混合状态对其零场流变性能有显著影响,在实验的不同混合状态零场剪切屈服强度差距可达6倍以上,零场粘度差距可达3倍以上;但混合状态对磁流变抛光液的磁致流变性能基本没有影响;颗粒间相互作用和微观结构及其随混合条件的演化被认为是磁流变抛光液零场流变性能变化的根本原因,而磁场作用的显著效应使得混合状态对磁致流变性能基本无影响。Research was conducted on relationship between rheological properties of a magneto-rheological finishing fluid (MRFF) and its mixing state, and mechanisms and possible influence on its usage properties. Rheological properties of MRFF with the same components and preparing parameters in various mixing states, and the effect of magnetic field were both studied. And rheological behaviors of the MRFF were fitted and calculated according to related models, from which rheological properties were gained. The microscopic mechanisms of rheological properties were analyzed. It is found that mixing states have marked influence on off-state rheological properties of the MRFF, with difference in shear yield stress of about six times, and zero-field viscosity of three times among researched mixing states. But mixing state has no influence on on-state rheological properties of the MRFF. And interaction between particles and microstructure were thought to be the main cause of variation of off-state theological properties, while the marked effect of magnetic field almost make mixing state has no influence on on-state rheological properties.
