摘  要:有异于低频段大尺寸高功率波导环行器的设计思路,设计一种工作频率在X波段的高功率差相移式波导环行器。针对决定其功率容量的铁氧体加载部位——90°差相移器,采用了非对称铁氧体加载、单套闭合磁路和水冷散热结构,并对构成差相移环行器的魔T和3dB电桥部件的传统结构进行了创新优化改进。设计的X波段波导环行器实现了峰值功率高于200kW、平均功率高于4kW、工作带宽900MHz等关键指标。A type of high power differential phase shift X-band wavegnide circulator was designed, different from design ideas of the lower frequencies, high power, and big sizes wavegnide circulators. Aiming at ferrite mounting location, 90° differential phase shifters determining the power capacity, unsymmetrical mounting, single set of closed magnetic circuit and water-cooling structures were applied, and waveguide magic T and 3dB bridge making up the differential phase shift circulator were simulated and improved. The X-band wavegnide circulator was designed with peak and average power of higher than 200kW, and 4kW, working bandwidth of 900MHz, etc.
