摘  要:在长期的稀土钴永磁材料研制和微观分析测试工作中,积累了大量分析研究案例和典型图谱。针对这些资料的有效存储和合理利用问题,利用Access为后台数据仓库,C#为开发语言,设计开发了稀土钴永磁体微观分析案例及图谱库,并将典型案例从材料、工艺、质量、失效、分析测试方法和其它等方面进行分类整理后添加入库。该数据库的建成和使用,实现了方便、快捷的数据查阅和更新,有助于在后续研制生产过程中快速解决相关问题,提高工作效率。In the long-term development and micro-analysis of rare earth-cobalt permanent magnets, a large number of analysis cases and typical patterns have been accumulated. For resolving the problems of storage and rational application of these data, a database for the micro-analysis case and patterns of rare-earth cobalt permanent magnets was developed based on Access as the basic database, C# as the development language, and typical cases were added in this database after being classified from material, production process, quality, failure, analytic technique and other aspects. The completion and use of the database achieves convenient, fast data access and update, which is helpful to quickly resolve the related issues in the subsequent process, and improve work efficiency.
