摘　　要：为了培养具有良好农事实践能力的毕业生,通过调查企事业单位用人标准,有目的性地培养学生的学农爱农意识,加强专业技能训练,使毕业生能够顺利走上为农的道路。但由于实践课时数不足和学生的参与积极性不高等问题,对学生农事实践能力培养的研究还需进一步探索。To cultivate high farming practice ability of higher agricultural colleges students.By investigating enterprise or business unit of choose and employ persons, cultivate of the students learning agricultural production and love agriculture consciousness, strength- ening the professional skill training, graduates could make smooth on the way of agricultural services, but as a result of inadequate number of existing practice class and students participation enthusiasm of questions, about training students farming practice ability of exploration still need further.
