摘 要:针对传统变电站基于元件信息的后备保护动作时限和定值配合繁杂的弊端,提出利用本地信息实现后备保护功能的站域保护方案。系统结构上,采用基于PCI Express总线技术的同步采集单元实现信息采集的同步性和实时性,并采用双重化配置,提高系统的可靠性;保护原理上,采用负序分量定位不对称故障,采用单相电压电流量定位对称故障,满足后备保护选择性和灵敏性要求;保护方案上,提出分布式-集中决策的站域保护方案,由本地保护单元实现启动、选相、测量及执行元件等功能,站域保护单元实现集中决策的功能。仿真结果验证了站域保护性能的优越性。Traditional backup protection in substation is based on component information, and cooperation of move- ment time limit and fixed value is complicated. Substation-area protection based on local information that can provide protection functions for the whole station is proposed. Its system structure uses synchronous acquisition unit based on PCI Express Bus to realize synchronal real-time data acquisition. System reliability is improved according to structure's double configuration. Protection principles based on negative sequence to locate asymmetric faults and phase compo- nents to locate symmetrical faults are proposed meeting backup protection requirements of selectivity and sensitivity. Protection scheme of distributed-concentration decision is suggested. Local protection unit includes starting elements, phase-selecting elements, measuring elements and executive elements while substation-area protection unit is the de- cision-making center. Simulation results indicate the superiority of substation-area protection.
