摘　　要：网络文化的出现使大学生的全面发展面临着崭新的境遇和严峻挑战。准确把握网络文化对大学生全面教育、加速发展和深化交往的功能,进而培育突出社会主义核心价值体系、符合大学生特征并体现大学生专业特点的网络文化,是建设先进网络文化的基本要求,也是促进大学生全面发展的有效路径。With the emergence of the network culture, the development of college students is facing new situation and chal- lenge. It is required to accurately grasp the function of network culture of college students＇ education in an all-round way, to speed up development and deepen the communication, to cultivate the network culture with a focus on socialist core value system according to the features and their major of college students. These are the basic requirements for building advanced network culture, and the effective paths to promoting the comprehensive development of college students.
