摘　　要：分析了赛博空间作战的本质、特点、作战方式及技术手段,从发展战略、军事思想、作战体系、系统体系以及方法论5个视角论述了赛博空间背景下指挥信息系统的建设、运用和发展,为我军赛博空间背景指挥信息系统的建设与发展提供借鉴。The essence, characteristics, operational types, and technology means for Cyberspace warfare are analyzed. The construction, application and development of command information systems agalns strategy, milit thus providing system against t the background of Cyberspace are discussed from five viewpoints, development ary thoughts, operational architecture, system architecture, and methodology references for the construction and development of Chinese command information background of Cyberspaee.
