铁路调度人员职业紧张及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)对395名铁路调度作业人员职业紧张及其影响因素进行研究。结果显示,铁路调度人员职业任务责任感子项分、个人紧张反应总均分及心理、躯体紧张反应子项分都比常模样本要高,而应对资源总均分、自我保健和理性处事子项分都比常模要低,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。紧张反应与职业任务呈明显正相关,与应对资源呈明显负相关。应采取综合性的干预措施,以降低职工的职业紧张程度,保障职工身体健康。Occupational stress inventory-revised（ OSI-R） was used to investigate and assess the occupational stress and its influential factors for 395 railway dispatchers. The scores of responsibility,PSQ,psychological strain and physical strain in railway dispatchers group were significantly higher than that of norm group（ P〈 0. 01）. The scores of PRQ,self-care and rational cognitive in railway dispatchers group are oboviously lower（ P〈 0. 01）. Occupational role and personal strain were positively correlated,personal strain correlated negatively to the personal resources. Comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the occupational stress so as to guarantee health of the personnel.
