克氏针与锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨锁骨钩钢板与克氏针治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：将我院锁骨远端骨折患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予克氏针术内固定术，观察组给予锁骨钩钢板内固定术，评估2组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果：观察组患者优良率明显高于对照组（P＞0．05）。观察组患者手术时间、失血量、骨折愈合时间明显少于对照组（P＞0．05）。观察组患者手术相关并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P＞0．05）。结论：锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床效果好，并发症发生率少，值得应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of clavicular hook plate and kirschner wire fix ation in treating distant collarbone frac -tures .Methods：The 90 cases with distant collarbone fractures were divided into the observe group and the control group .The control group received the kirschner wire fixation ,and the observe group received the clavicular hook plate .Results：The fineness rate in the observe group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The operation time, blood loss and fracture healing time in the observe group was fewer than those in control group （P＆lt;0.05）.The complication rate in the observe group was fewer than that in control group （P＆lt;0. 05）.Conclusion：The effect of clavicular hook plate in treating distant collarbone fractures should be obvious and the complication rate be few,so it might be worth being used .
