摘　　要：以导热填料为主线,对金属、金属氧化物、氮化物、碳材料等功能填料改善塑料导热性能的研究状况进行综述。此外,还介绍了填充复合型导热塑料在LED灯、管材和换热器等领域的应用进展。Research progress of filled thermal conductive polymeric composites was reviewed, the improve effectiveness of metals,metal oxide,nitrides,carbon-based materials on modifying the thermal conductivity of plastics were compared. Besides, the application of the polymer-based thermal conductive materials on LED lamps,tubes,heat exchangers and other areas were introduced.
