重复经颅磁刺激联合心理护理治疗广泛性焦虑的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合心理护理治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效。方法将广泛性焦虑患者按随机分组法分为药物治疗、重复经颅磁刺激治疗结合心理护理组(实验组,33例)和药物治疗、重复经颅磁刺激治疗组(对照组,30例),分别于重复经颅磁刺激治疗前及治疗结束时以及治疗结束后两周采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定两组临床疗效。结果实验组在重复经颅磁刺激治疗结束时和治疗结束后两周HAMA评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),而对照组仅在治疗结束后两周差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗结束后两周两组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组方法治疗广泛性焦虑均有显著疗效,药物治疗、重复经颅磁刺激联合心理护理的效果优于单纯的药物治疗和重复经颅磁刺激治疗,可提高治疗依从性,明显缩短疗程。Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mental nursing in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods The sufferers with generalized anxiety disorder were divided by randomized blocks into drug therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mental nursing treatment group （n=33）and drug therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group（n=30）.Clinical effects were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale（HAMA）before the first rTMS treatment, at the end of treatment, and two weeks after the treatment. Results The HAMA scores of the experiment group at the end of treatment, two weeks after the treatment clearly got lowered than those before the treatment（P〈 0.01）, while there were signifi- cant differences in the control group only two weeks after the treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）.The differences in the HAMA scores of two groups two weeks after the treatment were not of statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conciusion Both therapies have remarkable curative effects in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Drug therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mental nursing has bet- ter effects than drug therapy and repetitive transeranial magnetic stimulation, which can shorten treatment course and enhance compliance.
