摘 要:目的利用CT技术重建国人正常骶髂关节,测量S1骶髂螺钉在冠状面和水平面上置钉角度,为临床手术提供参考数据。方法选择2010年8月至2013年12月共30例患者,进行成人骨盆64排螺旋CT扫描,利用CT后处理工作站处理,在冠状面及水平面上测量S1骶髂螺钉最佳头偏角、腹偏角及安全置钉角度,比较不同性别(男性16例、女14例)和侧别(左、右)因素的差异。结果经S1骶髂螺钉钉道最佳头偏角、腹偏角以及两者允许角度,按左右侧别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按男女性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用CT技术可术前测量骶髂螺钉植入角度,为临床手术提供参考依据。术者可忽略患者性别、侧别差异,依据健侧的数据可确定患侧置钉角度。Objective To use CT technique to rebuild people's normal sacroiliac joint and measure the setting angle of S1 iliosacral screw on the coronal plane and horizontal plane, so as to provide reference data for clinical surgery.Methods 30 patients treated in hospital from August,2010 to December,2013 were scanned by 64 slices spiral CT for adult pelvis.The best head angle,abdominal angle and safe screw angle of S1 iliosacral screw measured on the coronal plane and horizontal plane were processed by CT post-processing workstation.Difference of genders( 16 cases of male and 14 cases of female) and side factors (fight and left) were compared.Results The best head angle, and abdominal angle and both allowable angle via S1 iliosacral screw road had no statistically significant difference in comparing left and right sides( P 〉0.05).So did comparing between males and females( P 〉0.05) .Conclusion Application of CT technique can measure the inserting angle of iliosacral screw to provide reference data for clinical surgery.Operators can neglect patients' gender and sides and they can determine the screw angle according to the data of uninjured sides.
