摘  要:目的提高重度腕管综合征的治疗效果,减少手术创伤及术后并发症。方法应用显微外科、微创技术治疗重度腕管综合征67例,分为微创组(32例)及对照组(35例),分别应用不同切口开放手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术口愈合时间、治疗优良率、瘢痕痛发生率。结果应用显微外科、微创技术治疗重度腕管综合征均获得满意疗效,微创组手术时间及术口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组瘢痕痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用显微、微创技术治疗重度腕管综合征疗效显著、手术创伤小、愈合快、术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To improve the curative effect of severe carpal tunnel syndrome and reduce surgical trauma and postoperative complications.Methods 67 cases with severe carpal tunnel syndrome treated with microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery were divided into minimally invasive group( 32 cases) and control group( 35 cases).Two groups were treated with different incision open surgery.Then ,the operation time ,wound healing time ,the excellent rate of treatment and the incidence of scar pain of both groups were compared.Results Application of microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery technique both had satisfactory effects in the treatment of severe carpal tunnel syndrome.The operation time and wound healing time of the minimal invasive group were respectively shorter than those of the control group, so differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01).No significantly statistical difference was found in the excellent rate of treatment and the incidence of scar pain between the two groups(P〉0. 05).Conclusion Application of microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery technique have advantages of significant curative effect, less surgery trauma, rapid wound healing and less postoperative complications in the treatment of severe carpal tunnel syndrome.Thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
