摘 要:通过对国内外新近研究的总结,发现智力、人格、动机、心理控制源和学习兴趣是影响学生学习成绩的因素。智力因素虽然起重要作用但对学习成绩的影响比重比想象的小的多,后天学习完全可经弥补先天不足。高的责任感、内控的归因倾向、高水平的成就动机和内在兴趣有利于学习成绩的提高,内向与外向,神经质性以及社交性并不影响学习成绩。论文中还探讨了如何培养良好的心理品质。Based on the summary of recent research at home and abroad, it is found that the factors of intelligence, personality, motivation, psychological control source and learning interest are the factors affecting students ' academic performance. Intelligence factor plays an important role while the ratio of its impact on academic achievement is much smaller than imagination. Acquired learning completely can make up for innate deficiency. High sense of responsibility, the internal control of attribution, high level of achievement motivation and intrinsic interest are in favour of the improvement of the study. Introversion or extroversion as well as neuroticism or social activity do not affect the academic performance. In addition, how to cultivate good psychological quality is also discussed.
