摘 要:为了研究软质防护材料抗微型高速爆炸破片的抗弹性能和防护机理,选择手榴弹用0.11 g(Ф3 mm)典型预制钢珠作为试验用球形破片,在(1 848±60)m/s的速度范围内对芳纶纤维平纹织物、ZT160和ZT75高分子聚乙烯纤维单向布(PEUD)3种叠合材料分别进行了弹道侵彻试验研究。结果表明,当防护材料抗0.11 g球形破片的弹道极限V0在1 848 m/s左右时,芳纶织物、ZT160PEUD布和ZT75PEUD布3种叠合材料的极限比吸能分别达到5.9 J·m2/kg、7.2 J·m2/kg和6.1 J·m2/kg。结合对材料破坏模式的分析,认为3种防护材料中ZT160PEUD布抗0.11 g球形破片超高速侵彻的性能最好。In order to study the ballistic performance and protection mechanism of soft protective material against miniature high-speed explosive fragments,typical 0.11 g(Ф3 mm)performed grenade steel ball fragment was selected as spherical fragment.Three kinds of soft protective material with different number of plies,aramid plain-woven fabric,ZT160 PEUD and ZT75 PEUD were struck separately by the 0.1 1 spher-ical fragment within the speed of (1 848 ±60)m/s.Result shows that when the ballistic limit V0 of each protective material reaches nearly 1 848 m/s,the limit specific energy absorption(SEA)of aramid plain-woven fabric,ZT160 PEUD and ZT75 PEUD is 5.9 J·m2/kg,7.2 J·m2/kg and 6.1 J·m2/kg sepa-rately.According to the SEA and failure mode,ZT160PEUD is considered to possess the best protective performance against 0.1 1 g spherical fragment among the three kinds of protective material.
