摘　　要：目的测定弱精子症患者精子乳酸脱氢酶同工酶C4的含量,探讨其在对弱精子症发病机制中的意义。方法选择90例原因不明的弱精子症患者为研究对象,按弱精程度分为轻中重精三组,选择活力正常的健康人30例为对照组。精液乳酸脱氧酶C4测定采用定量检测试剂盒,用两点法测定。结果弱精子症患者精子乳酸脱氢酶同工酶C4较对照组均有明显下降,与对照组差异有显著P<0.05),且与精子的活力具有相关性(r=0.765,P<0.05)。结论乳酸脱氢酶C4表达水平下降可能导致弱精子症的形成,是弱精子症发生的环节之一。Objective To detect the levels of Lactate Dehydrogenase Isoenzyme C4（LDH- 4） and explore the pathogenesis effects of LDH- C4 on patient with asthenospermia. Methods The levels of LDH- C4 in ejaculated sperm of30 donors（control group） and 90 asthenosprmia patients,devided into mild asthenozoospermia group,moderate asthenozoospermia group and severe asthenozoospermia group according to sperm motility,were determined by quantitative detection kit with two- spot method. Results The levels of LDH- C4 were reduced significantly in samples from patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia as compared with control group（P〈0. 05）. Furthermore,there was a positive correlation between the levels of LDH- C4 and the percentage of progressive motility sperm（r = 0. 765,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion which may be a potential target to be involved in the formation of idiopathic asthenozoospermia.
