Experimental research on preparation of bin-oil by cyanobacteria pyrolysis liquefaction with reference to pine in a fluidized bed reactor. Investigate the effect of temperature on pyrolysis products of tow kinds of biomass. The results showed that the gas production rate of cyanobacteria and pine increased gradually with the temperature rised, while the charcoal yield decreased gradually and the bio-oil yield first increased then decreased. When pyrolysis temperature was up to 500 ℃ ,the maximum value of bin-oil yield rate by cyanobacteria and pine reached 50.4% and 45.2% (w/w) respectively, determine the chemical composition of bin-oil production using GC-MS, the resuits showed that there were some differences between chemical composition of two kinds of bin-oil and the relative content, but the major components were in the same chemical species, including nitrogen compounds, hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, acids, phenols ect. In addition, the bin-oil of cyanobacteria had lower oxygen and higher calorific value than pine by ultimate analysis, which was beneficial to improve the oil quality, so preparation of bin-oil by cyanobacteria pyrolysis liquefaction had a good development prospects.
