摘　　要：齿轮铸钢件在铸造过程中容易产生缩孔缺陷,严重影响产品的质量和性能。加强对铸件的热节分析,可以有效地消除铸造过程中的缺陷,提高产品的质量,降低铸件的生产成本。ProCAST软件可以对齿轮铸钢件的铸造过程进行模拟,可以对铸造工艺进行改进,达到提高铸件质量和性能的目的。Gear steel castings easily produce shrinkage defects in the casting process, which seriously affect the qualityand performance of products. Strengthening thermal analysis of castings can effectively eliminate the defects in castingprocess, improve product quality and reduce the production cost of casting. ProCAST software can simulate casting process ofsteel gear castings and improve the casting process to achieve improving the quality and properties of castings.
