摘 要:在研究口部带凸缘套管类零件的成形方法的基础上,结合冷挤压、冷冲压和镦粗等成形工艺,对多种可行的成形工艺方案进行综合分析。在口部带凸缘套管类零件冷挤压成形中,针对实心毛坯提出了多种工艺方案,并对各种方案存在的问题进行了对比分析,提出相应的预防及改进措施。改进的冷挤压工艺方案被应用到凸缘套管类零件的实际生产中,结果能对同类零件的成形工艺起到一定的借鉴作用。On the basis of researching forming method of flanged tube parts on the mouth, combining cold extrusion, coldstamping and upsetting, many feasible forming processes were synthetically analyzed. In the process of cold extrusion formingtechnique of flanged tube parts on the mouth, a variety of technology schemes of the solid blank were presented. And theproblems of schemes were compared and analyzed. The corresponding prevention and improvement measures were presented.The improved cold extrusion forming process was applied to the production of flanged tube parts. The results can play acertain reference role for the forming process of the similar parts.
