摘  要:采用刚塑性有限元法对AZ31镁合金板材的轧制过程进行了数值模拟。分析了AZ31镁合金板材同步或异步轧制过程中,上下辊的转速比对板材的应力分布和沿板厚方向的等效应变影响。结果表明:随着上下辊转速比的减小,轧制后板材的应力增加;最大等效应变发生在辊速较大的板材一侧,分布曲线呈"U"型;异步轧制所需的轧制力较小。The rolling process of AZ31 magnesium alloy plate was numerically simulatied by adopting the rigid-plasticmethod. The effects of rotational speed ratio between upper-roller and lower-roller on the stress distribution of plate andequivalent strain along the thickness of the plate were analyzed during synchronous rolling or asynchronous rolling process.The results show that the stress of the plate after rolling increases with the ratio of rotational speed between upper-roller andlower-roller decreasing; the maximum equivalent strain occurs at the side of the roller with larger rotational speed, anddistribution curve of which is "U" type; the rolling force during asynchronous process is smaller.
