摘  要:采用ABAQUS有限元计算和应力测试的方法给出了高等级P92钢热压三通模拟服役状态下的应力分布规律和受力薄弱区域。利用非破坏状态下的多区域硬度金相检测的方法评估产品的性能状态。性能验证的结果表明,受力薄弱区域表面硬度和显微组织可有效反映管件实际的性能状态。由此证明该方法可有效评判热压三通的性能状态,为高等级管件产品的性能评判提供参考。The simulated stress distribution regularity under service condition and weak areas of force for high-gradeP92 steel hot-pressing tee were given by using Abaqus finite clement computation and stress testing method. The property ofproduct was estimated by using inspection method for multi-regions hardness and microstructure under nondestructivecondition. The results of performance verification show that surface hardness and microstructure in the weak area of force caneffectively reflect the actual performance status of pipes. This proves that the method can effectively judge the performancestate of hot pressing tcc, which can provide reference for performance evaluation of high-grade pipe fitting products.
