摘 要:以厚度为1.5 mm的TRIP800钢板为研究对象,采用正交试验方法安排试验,通过观察点焊接头的显微组织和拉伸断口形貌,测量接头的显微硬度,确定了钢板的最佳工艺参数,并对焊接缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:当焊接电流为9.0 kA、焊接时间为15 cyc、电极压力为3.5 kN时,所获得的点焊接头具有最佳的力学性能和较好的焊接质量;点焊接头断口呈现韧性断裂特征;点焊接头中发现未融合、缩孔、飞溅缺陷。TRIP800 steel plate with 1.5 mm thickness was investigated by adopting scientific arrangement experiment,the optimum process parameters of steel plate was determined by orthogonal experiment. The microstructure and tensilefracture morphology of the welded joint was observed. The microhardness of the spot weld was measured, and the welddefects were analyzed. The results shows that the welding parameters, welding current 9.0 kA, 15 cyc welding time, electrodepressure of 3.5 kN, the best mechanical properties of the welded joint and the good welding quality can be gotten. The weldedjoint of spot fracture presents the ductile fracture characteristic. The spot weld defects found no convergence, shrinkage cavityand splash.
