摘　　要：通过搜集CUBA与NCAA相关的视频、文献,运用调查法、比较法和文献资料法将CUBA与NCAA篮球一级联赛进行对比研究分析,了解我国CUBA篮球水平的现状,深入分析我国篮球运动在人才培养中存在的问题。研究结果表明:由于中美文化存在着差异,中美篮球运动员在身体素质、培育模式上各有不同。因此,CUBA应在借鉴美国NCAA篮球一级联赛成功经验的基础上,加强管理,探索出适合自身发展的培育模式,争取成为我国培育篮球运动后备人才的基地。This paper by collecting CUBA and NCAA - related videos, articles, use surveys, comparative law and literature will CUBA and NCAA basketball league level comparative research, analysis, to understand the current situation of CUBA basketball level, in - depth analysis our basketball talent development problem.
