中医治未病结合健康管理干预对糖尿病前期人群的影响

摘　　要：目的:以中医治未病方法(中药降糖贴穴位贴敷)结合健康管理干预糖尿病前期(IGT)人群,探讨其对糖尿病(DM)发病率的影响以及逆转为正常糖耐量(NGT)的作用。方法:将150例患者随机分为治疗组90例和对照组60例,治疗组进行降糖贴穴位贴敷和饮食、运动等健康管理方法干预;对照组单纯饮食、运动等健康管理方法干预。2组疗程均为12个月,观察2组干预后DM发病率和IGT逆转率情况。结果:治疗组IGT发展为DM者2例(2.50%),对照组6例(10.91%);治疗组IGT转NGT为50.00%,对照组为27.27%。上述指标2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组干预前后血糖变化明显(P<0.05),对照组无明显改善(P>0.05),干预后2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医治未病方法结合健康管理对糖耐量减低的干预有助于其逆转为正常糖耐量,降低糖尿病的发病风险。Objective： To explore the influence of TCM preventive treatment （acupoint sticking of glucose-de- creasing paste） and health control intervention on the incidence of diabetes mellitus （DM） and reversing to normal glucose tolerance （NGT） by intervening the patients in prediabetic state. Methods： All 150 patients were randomized into 90 cases of the treatment group and 60 cases of the control group, the treatment group received acupoint sticking of glucose-decreasing paste and health control intervention including diet, exercise and others; the control group health control intervention including diet, exercise and others. One course of the treatment was 12 months, DM inci- dences and IGT reversing rate of both groups were observed after intervention. Results： There were two cases in the treatment group changing from IGT to DM （2.50%）; six cases in the control group （10.91%）; reversing rate from IGT to NGT in the treatment group was 50.00%, higher than 27.27% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning in the indexes （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the changes of blood glucose in the treatment group were notable （P〈0.05）, and these of the control group were subtle （P〉0.05）, the difference showed statistical meaning after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM preventive treatment and health control in intervening IGT are helpful to changing it to NGT and decrease the incidence of DM.
