路北区儿童家长结核病防治知识调查

摘　　要：目的:了解路北区儿童家长对结核病防治知识的认知情况,为制定有效的健康教育措施提供依据。方法:自行设计调查问卷,利用儿童普服糖丸的机会对420名家长进行问卷调查,分析路北区儿童家长对结核病防治知识知晓率及不同经济状况、年龄、文化程度、户籍、职业等之间的差异。结果:儿童家长对结核病防治知识总体知晓(67.8%)。结核病主要通过呼吸道传播的知晓率最高(95.5%),结核病归口管理含义的知晓率最低(34.6%),家长对结核病知晓率按年龄、文化程度、户籍、职业进行比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同经济状况的儿童家长对结核病的知晓率间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:路北区儿童家长结核病防治知识总体知晓率还较低,普及结核病防治知识刻不容缓,应重点做好工人、外来人口及低文化程度儿童家长结核病知识的健康教育。Objective：To provide evidence for establishing effective measures of health education by investi-gating tuberculosis （TB） prevention knowledge of children＆#39;s parents in Lubei district. Methods：All 420 parents were investigated by the chance of children taking sugar pills with self-made questionnaire, awareness rate of TB preven-tion knowledge and its connections with financial situation, age, educational background, household register, occu-pation of children＆#39;s parents were analyzed in Lubei district. Results：Total awareness rate of TB prevention knowl-edge in children＆#39;s parents was 67.8%. The highest awareness rate of TB disseminating by respiratory tract mainly was 95.5%, the lowest awareness rate of TB convergence case-management content was 34.6%, the comparison showed statistical meaning in TB awareness rate of children＆#39;s parents according to age, educational background, household register and occupations （P〈0.05）. The comparison had no statistical meaning in TB awareness rate of children＆#39;s parents with difference financial state （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Total TB awareness rate of children＆#39;s parents is lower, the popularization of TB prevention knowledge is an urgent task, we should accomplish health education for TB knowledge for the workers, migrant people and the children＆#39;s parents with lower educational background.
