LEEP Knife Combined with BaiCaoFuYanQing Suppository and YunNan BaiYao in Treating 50 Cases of Cervical Diseases

摘　　要：目的：观察LEEP刀联合百草妇炎清栓及云南白药治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。观察组于月经干净3∽7天内行手术治疗，术前阴道用百草妇炎清栓3天，术后口服云南白药1周，术后第3天以云南白药外敷创面，且睡前清洗外阴后阴道放入百草妇炎清栓1枚，连续治疗1周。对照组单纯行手术治疗。观察2组阴道排液情况、宫颈创面愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果：总有效率观察组为98.0%，对照组为88.0%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治愈时间、排液时间观察组短于对照组（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率观察组为6.00%，对照组为42.00%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：LEEP刀联合百草妇炎清栓及云南白药治疗宫颈疾病疗效显著。Objective：To discuss curative effects of LEEP knife combined with BaiCao FuYanQing supposito-ry and YunNan BaiYao in treating cervical diseases. Methods：One hundred patients were randomized into the obser-vation group and the control group. The observation group received the surgery from the 3rd to 7th day when their period was finished, before the surgery, they put BaiCao FuYanQing suppository for three days in the vagina and took YunNan BaiYao for one week after the surgery, they were given with YunNan BaiYao for external use at the wound from the 3rd day after the surgery, and put BaiCao FuYanQing suppository, one pill, in the vagina before sleep for one week after the vulva was cleaned. The control group accepted the operation only. Vaginal discharging conditions, healing time of cervical wound and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed in both groups. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%, higher than 88.0% of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The observation group was shorter than the control group in cure time and dis-charging time（P〈0.05）. Complication incidence of the observation group was 6.00%, lower than 42.00%of the con-trol group with notable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：LEEP knife combined with BaiCao FuYanQing supposito-ry and YunNan BaiYao are effective in treating cervical diseases.
