射频热凝腰交感神经节联合中药治疗顽固性下肢灼痛36例

摘　　要：目的:观察射频热凝腰交感神经节联合温经止痛汤治疗顽固性下肢灼痛的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各36例。2组均给予射频热凝腰交感神经节治疗,观察组同时给予温经止痛汤,1剂/d,水煎3次,头两煎早晚分服,第3煎熏洗。结果:观察组完全缓解24例(66.7%),部分缓解8例(22.2%),未缓解4例(11.1%),总有效率88.9%。对照组完全缓解12例(33.3%),部分缓解10例(27.8%),未缓解14例(38.9%),总有效率61.1%。2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为22.22%,对照组为25.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:射频热凝腰交感神经节联合温经止痛汤治疗顽固性下肢灼痛临床疗效显著。Objective：To survey therapeutic effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation of lumbar sympathet-ic ganglia combined with the decoction of warming meridian to kill the pain in treating refractory lower limb burning pain. Methods： Seventy-two patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. Both groups received radiofrequency thermocoagulation of lumbar sympathetic ganglia, meanwhile the observation group took the decoction of warming meridian to kill the pain orally, one dose each day, water decocted for three times, taken the decoction obtained in the first and second times, fumigated with the decoction gained in the third times. Results： There were 24 patients who were alleviated completely （66.7%）, 8 cases relieved incompletely （22.2%）, four cases unrelieved （11.1%）, total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%. 12 cases relieved to-tally （33.3%）, ten cases incompletely （27.8%）, 14 cases unrelieved （38.9%）, total effective rate of the control group was 61.1%, the difference was notable （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 22.22%, lower than 25.00%of the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of lumbar sympathetic ganglia combined with the decoction of warming meridi-an to kill the pain are effective in treating refractory lower limb burning pain.
