产益康栓配合盆底肌康复训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病30例  

ChanYiKang Suppository and Pelvic Floor Muscles Rehabilitation Training in Treating 30 Patients with Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

摘　　要：目的:观察产益康栓配合盆底肌康复训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均给予Kegel训练,观察组在此基础上给予产益康栓纳肛,1次/d。2组均连续治疗3个月。结果:治愈率观察组为86.67%,对照组为60.00%,,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。静息状态肌电值、最大收缩力、持续收缩力、协调能力、最大尿流率等盆底功能指标2组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:产益康栓配合早期盆底肌康复训练治疗产后PFD患者临床疗效显著。Objective：To find out therapeutic effects of ChanYiKang suppository combined with pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation training in the treatment for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction （PFD）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were administered with Kegel training, the observation group were given with ChanYiKang suppository into the anus, once per day, both groups were treated for three months consecutively. Results：Cure rate of the observation group was 86.67%, higher than 60.00%of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 73.33%, the difference was notable （P〈0.05）. The comparison between both groups in the indexes of pelvic floor function such as resting EMG, maximum contractility, constant contractility, coordinate ability, maximum urine flow rate and others demonstrated significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ChanYiKang suppository combined with pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation training could gain notable effects in the treatment for postpartum PFD.
