摘 要:目的观察四物汤不同分离部位对3.5 Gy照射小鼠外周血象的影响,发现四物汤补血作用的活性部位。方法60只小鼠常规饲养适应环境后,采用60Co-γ射线3.5 Gy全身一次照射,照射后立即给予四物汤不同分离部位,连续给药7 d,在照射后1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、17、19 d检测其对外周血象的影响。结果与模型对照组相比,四物汤不同洗脱分离部位在不同时间点可以升高辐射致血虚证小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞和血小板,其中水洗脱部分对辐射致血虚证小鼠补血效果较佳。结论四物汤补血作用的主要物质为多糖、单糖等大极性成分。Objective To observe the effect of different fractions of Siwu decoction by evaluating the recovery of peripheral blood hematology of irradiated mice in order to screen hematopoietic constituents. Methods Sixty mice were irradiated at a dose of 3. 5 Gy using cobalt-60 gamma resources. Following irradiation,different elution fractions of Siwu decoction were administered intragastrically for 7 consecutive days. Blood samples were collected from the tail end and the number of peripheral blood cells was counted on days 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 and19 using a microcell counter. Results Compared with the control group,white blood cells,red blood cells,platelets were all increased in drug treated group. The water eluted fraction of the supernatant of 60% alcohol is the most effective constituent to increase peripheral white blood cells. Conclusion The fraction of polysaccharide and monosaccharide in Siwu decoction is the most effective constituent to stimulate the recovery of peripheral blood hematology of irradiated mice.
