摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛严重影响患者的正常生活.其治疗方法很多,但目前国内外尚无公认的标准治疗方法.本病例行6次脉冲射频治疗无效,予以阿霉素脊神经后根毁损,取得了良好的效果.Postherpetic neuralgia affects the normal life of patients seriously. There are many kinds of treatments for it, but no one is acknowledged at home and abroad. The dorsal root of spinal nerve was destroyed and gained favorable effect with adriamycin in an intractable case with posther- petic neuralgia, who underwent 6 times of ineffective radiofrequency treatments.
