摘 要:目的建立一种简便有效的血中汞含量的测定方法。方法血样经高压消解罐消化后,用原子荧光分光光度法测定汞含量。结果在适宜的条件下,方法相对标准偏差为2.9%-6.2%,回收率为96.6%-103.3%,最低检出限为0.052μg/L。结论方法操作简便,所使用的设备价格低廉,灵敏度高,重现性好,可满足职业人群血汞的检测需要。Objective To establish the atomic fluorescence spectrometry for blood mercury determination. Methods The blood samples were digested with high pressure digestion tank, then atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the mercury content in samples. Results Under the appropriate conditions, RSDs of the method was 2.9% - 6.2% , and the re- covery rates were 96.6% ~ 103.3%. The detection limit for mercury was 0. 052 μg/L. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, low - cost, highly sensitive and repeatable. It can be used to determine blood mercury contents of occupational pop- ulation.
