摘 要:目的建立一种高效、灵敏、简便的牙膏中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法牙膏中的邻苯二甲酸酯类经甲醇提取,以SB-C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水为流动相做浓度和流速的双梯度洗脱的方式进行色谱分离,以紫外检测器检测。结果测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯类标准曲线的相关系数〉0.9999;定量测定的标准偏差在0.06%~0.21%之间,相对标准偏差在2.08%~6.10%之间;加标回收率在87.1%~113.7%之间。结论方法具有灵敏、准确、简便的优点,流动相组成简单等优点,适合牙膏中邻苯二甲酸酯类的测定。Objective To develop an effective, sensitive and simple RP - HPLC method for determination of six PAEs in tooth- pastes. Methods The PAEs in toothpastes were extracted with methanol and the chromatographic separation was performed on SB - CIs column by double gradient elution of concentration and flow rate with mobile phase consisting of methanol and water, then detected with a UV detector. Results The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the six PAEs were all greater than 0.9999. The standard deviations of quantitative determination were between 0.06% and 0.21%, while the relative stand- ard deviations were from 2.08% to 6.10%. The recoveries were between 87.1% and 113.7%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, precise and simple, it is suitable for determination of PEAs in toothpastes.
