摘  要:目的探讨不同保存方法对血清标本生化检验项目复检结果的影响。方法分别采用热合封口法、螺纹塑料盖法、标本封存盒法和保鲜袋法保存40份混合血清标本,在保存0 h、24 h、72 h、7 d后检测4项生化指标:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、镁(MG)。结果保存24 h后4种保存方法的4项生化指标测定结果均无明显变化;保存72 h后,热合封口法和螺纹塑料盖法的4项生化指标测定结果均无明显变化,标本封存盒法和保鲜袋法的ALB与MG测定结果升高(P<0.05);保存7 d后,热合封口法和螺纹塑料盖法的ALT测定结果降低(P<0.05)。结论不同保存方法密封性不同。实验室应根据各检测指标对保存时间的敏感性、保存方法的密封性、实验室的生物安全等综合考虑,选择最适合的标本保存方法,以提高标本复检结果的准确性和实验室的生物安全。Objective To investigate the influence of different methods for specimen preservation to the results of serum's bio- chemical re - detection. Methods To reanalyze biochemical parameters(A1T, ALB, CHOL, MG) of the 40 preserved speci- mens after 0 h, 24 h, 72 h, 7 d preservation with heat - sealing machine method, threaded plastic cap method, sealed box method, preservative bags method, respectively. Results There's no significant difference in the four biochemical parameters after 24 h preservation. After 72 h preservation with heat- sealing machine method, threaded plastic cap method, there's no significant difference too, while the results of ALB and MG. increase with the other preservation methods(P 〈 0.05). After 7 d preservation with heat - sealing .machine method, threaded plastic cap method, the results of ALT decrease ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Con- clusion Different methods for specimen preservation ensure different quality of specimen reanalysis because of their seal capa- bility. It's suggested to choose a method with excellent seal capability for the accuracy of specimen reanalysis and biosafety.
