摘  要:以粗枝云杉(Picea asperata)为研究对象,在马厂梁人工云杉幼龄林内设立标准样地,每样地按云杉发病程度分别采集云杉针叶,测定其生理生化指标,同时对病害进行调查。结果表明:高海拔比低海拔地区发病严重。该地病原菌一般从3月份开始对云杉进行侵染。相关分析表明,发病期间,各防御酶系间协同效率低,云杉抗病能力弱;叶绿素a与叶绿素b质量分数变化趋势相反,叶绿素a先降后升,而叶绿素b先升后降。叶绿素(a+b)质量分数前期有所增加,但后期降至较低水平,已影响到针叶的光合能力。在健康与发病云杉针叶中,其叶绿素(a/b)值变化差异明显,可作为云杉抗性鉴定的辅助指标。In the sample plots of artificial Picea asperata young forest of Machangliang Forest Farm, we collected the needles at each degree according to the grade to measure physiological and biochemical indexes of the needles in laboratory and study the needle cast. The P. asperata had more serious disease at the higher altitude region than that at the lower. The average incidences and disease indexes of needle cast were 2 590- 2 700 m ( 80.51%, 38,26), 2 700- 2 900 m ( 96.55%, 50.68) and 2 900-3 110 m (97.58%, 66.93). The pathogen generally infected the spruce from Match. According to the correlation results, collaborative efficiency of defense enzyme was low in the infected plants, indicating a weak disease-resistant abili- ty. The content of chlorophyll a had a reverse trend with chlorophyll b. Chlorophyll a originally decreased and then rose while Chlorophyll b firstly increased and then fell. The total content of Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll b rose at the early stage and then dropped. The chlorophyll a/b ratios with obvious difference in health and disease spruce needle can be used as the auxiliary index of spruce resistance appraisal.
