摘 要:随着元坝长兴组高含硫气藏勘探开发的不断深入,集输系统腐蚀问题越来越受到广泛重视但是目前针对H2S和CO2共存条件下的腐蚀机理及腐蚀控制措施还研究甚少基于元坝气田的集输系统特殊的腐蚀环境,考虑了压力、温度、流速、H2S和CO2含量、氯离子含量、pH值、元素硫等对腐蚀的影响,提出了采用抗开裂耐蚀合金材料、采用抗硫碳钢加缓蚀剂、加强腐蚀监测和检测、工艺控制等一系列防腐对策,制定了材质选择流程和缓蚀剂筛选程序,为气藏的开发提供了技术支撑和安全保障.The corrosion problem in the gathering system has received more and more attention with the continuous deepening of exploration and development of the gas pools in the Changxing Formation of Yuanba oilfied.However,there currently is still very little research on the corrosion mechanism and corrosion-control measures under the conditions of co-existence of H2S and CO2.Based on the special corrosion environment of the collection system of the Yuanba gasfield,a series of anti-corrosion countermeasures,such as adopting corrosion resistant alloys,sulfide-resistant carbon steel plus corrosion inhibitor,intensifying corrosion surveillance and detection as well as process control,etc,has been put forward through taking into consideration influences of pressure,temperature,flow rate,H2S and CO2 contents,chlorion,pH value,and the element sulfur,etc,on the corrosion.The process of material sclection and procedures of choosing corrosion inhibitors are constituted.Thus it supplies technical support and security guarantee for the gas development.
