摘　　要：根据芦山地震现场实际的调查情况,针对砌体结构房屋的墙体、楼梯、挑梁等震害特点,分析了其破坏成因,并提出了若干房屋修建建议,以期提高农村房屋的抗震能力,为今后农村房屋的建设与重建提供参考。Based on the survey of the Lushan earthquake stricken area and the earthquake disaster characters of wall, stair, outrigger, the cause of damage was analysed and the suggestion was given to improve the seismic capacity of rural house and provide effective reference for the construction and reconstruction of rural houses in the future.
