摘　　要：对监理实务的内含和务实监理的方法作了系统的论述,并着重说明了务实监理就要做到重事先控制、重关键环节、部位、工序、重解决问题、重细节管理,以切实履行监理在施工阶段应尽的义务。This paper discussed systematically the supervision practice containing and pragmatic supervision methods, and emphatically illustrated the pragmatic supervision should do favor beforehand control, favor key links, parts, procedure, favor solving problem, favor details manage- ment, so as to ensure the supervision implementation of the compulsory in construction phase.
