无枕式整体道床长钢轨直铺法施工技术研究

摘　　要：结合马来西亚吉隆坡安邦轻轨延伸线项目,详细介绍一种无枕式整体道床长钢轨直铺法施工的新技术,包括施工工艺流程、施工配套机具以及施工质量验收标准。无枕式整体道床配合长钢轨直铺法施工无需进行轨枕厂建设及轨枕生产,无需配置铺轨基地。道床施工与长轨铺设同步进行,有效压缩施工工期,降低工程造价,特别适合城市轨道交通中小半径曲线整体道床的施作。This paper describes a new construction technique of long rail being laid directly on sleeperless monolithic track bed, including the construction process, the associated equipment and the acceptance standard for construction quality. Such technique requires no sleeper plant, no sleeper fabrication and no sleeper laying base. The construction of track bed proceeds along with track laying, which makes it possible to reduce construction time and cost, and proves applicable particularly to the construction of small-radius curve monolithic track bed in the urban mass transit.
